3. TBC Terms of Use

a) TBC, only provides pages of a web platform and have no other responsibility. The content is on the responsibility of the memebrs and TBC can not be related to this content.TBC is not responsible for any damage or liability that may result directly or indirectly from any use or misunderstanding on TBC.

b) TBC visitors and members accept full responsibility for any legal or other consequences regarding their actions or their use of TBC.

c) TBC visitors and members can not copy, distribute, re-distribute any information on TBC.

d) TBC is not responsible for content of messages that members may send. TBC is not responsible for any damage or liability that may result directly or indirectly from any use or misunderstanding on TBC.

e) TBC visitors and members accept full responsibility for openly declaring to third parties any information that TBC supply.

f) Use and privacy of the password is the responsibility of members.

g) All the images, text and any information related with member use, is the responsibility of members.

h) TBC has the right to make any changes on the content and design on its pages. TBC can partially or fully change, modify or delete any member information or membership without notice or any explanation.

i) TBC has the right to make any changes on its services.

j) TBC members and visitors can not in any way use robots,spiders or any other software or programs on TBC system.

k) TBC members and visitors accept the information they provide is not against any laws. TBC can partially or fully change, modify or delete any member information or membership without notice or any explanation, even if there is paid membership.

m) For any person / visitor that makes a decision based on information on TBC, he / she hereby declares that he / she has the full responsibly on his / her desicion and can not hold TBC responsible in any way.

n) TBC holds all the legal and other rights for compensation, if any person / visitor / member acts against this agreement.

o) This agreements becomes on hold if TBC suspends operations and ends if TBC ends operation.

p) TBC has the right to make any king of changes on TBC. TBC also may decide to change its name which does not change this agreement.

r) If any legal or authorized entity asks information on TBC, TBC may declare the information, visitors / members state hereby that they will not seek for any compensation against TBC.

4. Membership

a) Anyone can freely be a member of TBC by filling the membership form. All the responsibilty is on the one giving the information. TBC can not be held responsible.

b) TBC can partially or fully change, modify or delete any member information or membership without notice or any explanation.

c) User name and password is for the use of one member only. The member can not share them and it does, it accepts the responsiblity on the consequences.

d) Deleted members can not apply for TBC membership again.

e) All the members accept full responsibility on any information they publish on TBC, that this information is not against laws and copyright issues. TBC can partially or fully change, modify or delete any member information or membership without notice or any explanation, even if there is paid membership.

f) TBC has the right to make any king of changes on TBC including member pages and information.

g) Members are responsible for trade leads or other information they publish. For any person / visitor that makes a decision based on information on TBC, he / she hereby declares that he / she has the full responsibly on his / her desicion and can not hold TBC responsible in any way.

h) Members can not transfer their rights to third parties.

i) TBC can partially or fully change, modify or delete any services it provides. This does not bring any liability to TBC. Members hereby state that they will not seek any kind of compensation.

5. Rights of TBC

a) TBC can partially or fully change, modify or delete any page or information provided by any source. TBC may freely change format of the site and the pages.

b) TBC, only provides a platform. TBC is not in any way responsible or does not act as intermediary between visitors / members.

c) TBC visitors / members give all the right of content they provide to TBC. TBC may freely use, copy, distribute this information in line with privacy policy.

d) TBC, may change or stop services, rights, promotions, privilages it provides to members or visitors, without any notice and without any liability.

e) TBC has the right to change the prices of the services whenever it wants.

f) TBC can partially or fully change, modify or delete any member information or membership without notice or any explanation.

g) TBC does not accept any liability regarding software or virus-free environment. If the visitors or members encounter any type of loss by visiting this site, this does not bring any liability to TBC.

h) TBC may use member information whatever it likes, in line with privacy policy. TBC may use database to use and preserve the information.

i) Members can change information from their control panels and may inform TBC for changes they cannot make, ie. changing of the mail address. TBC does not accept any liability for not changed information.

j) There may be advertisements or links on Turk Business Center to other web sites. Turk Business Center, is not responsible for other web sites or their privacy policies.

6. Other Terms

6.1. Copyright

a) TBC may use any information on TBC in whatever way it likes, in line with privacy policy. TBC is not responsible for content published on TBC.  

b) Members or visitors can not share, copy or in any way use the content on TBC.

c) All rights of TBC is reserved.

6.2. Privacy

Provided as Appendix-1 to this agreement.

6.3. Amendments

TBC may amend this agreement whenever it sees appropriate and publish on TBC. New terms come to effect when they are announced. Old terms stay providing results. Any unilateral declarations of the members or visitors have no effect on this agreement.

6.4. Law Force Majeure (Uncontrolled Situations)

Law Force Majeure situations like earthquake, war, strike, internet infrastructure breakdown, electricity cut, bad weather conditions and such , makes TBC free from any liability.

6.5. End Of Contract

This contract has effect during membership / visiting of the site.

TBC has the right to end membership unilaterally and without any notice. If members act against this contract, they state hereby that they will compensate any damage that TBC encounters.

6.6. Law

This contract is subject to Turkish Law. Istanbul Courts are authorized for any legal action.
