We want to give some detailed technical knowledge about Koza.
Although we work with the 2002 model Open End machines and preparation machines group that have the capacity of producing Ne 40/1 yarn, we decided our counts of yarn between Ne 4/1 and Ne12/1.
Koza has the financial power to buy the cotton in large quantities. So, we can offer our customers 6-month-fixed prices. It gives the chance to produce the same material for a long period. So, the customer is able to get the same material in March or June, like the one they got in January and have the chance to use the same dying procedure.

OPEN-END FLAMME YARNS are produced by as well as our standard yarns and counts The latest trend in DENIM/WOVEN FABRICS/KNITTED FABRICS is the structured fabric surface effect produced by irregular, natural look cotton yarn. Flamme yarns are used successfully in many applications including decorative fabrics ,household textiles, terry goods, fashionable clothing fabrics, denim and antique velvet as well as knitting yarns, hosiery and double-rib fabrics.
In our spinning mill beside with the cotton cleaning installation, our trained staff permanently controls the layout of cleaning lines for cotton and picks up the impurities for 24 hours. However, the Jossi Vision Sheld and Securomat are working with optimum machine settings.
We bought extra machines to get the highest quality. It enables us to work at a-low-speed, aiming no destruction on fiber.
KOZA produces all counts of knitting and weaving yarn which have an acceptance of 5 % in USTER World Standards. KOZA is one of the rare firms, which uses the same classified cotton for yarn production from Ne 4/1 to Ne 30/1.
All Open End machines have electronic yarn inspectors (Corolab 7), by which the production is controlled at 16 different points in every 5mm of the yarn. They work at the most sensitive settings.
KOZA?s card machines have Neps NTC-E control cam and the neps in the card machines are under control.
Neps NTC-E cam with the results of neps measuring apparatus in the laboratory, are compared every week, so neps control is calibrated.
At any problem of our customers, our technical staff makes a visit to solve the problem even they have to travel 1000?s of kilometers.

Beside the quality control staff, there is a process control service in our factory. They work with the general manager and have a wide range of authority (even they can stop the production).
Our firm has ISO 9001 ? 2000, OEKO ? Tex Standard 100 and USA Cotton. Also KOZA is a member of KAL- DER (Quality Association).
We have the combination with our customers like an integrated plant. Because we know that the decreasing profit and the increasing competition nowadays, gives us no chance to work in another way.
