Since 1994, Eda Organik Gida has been producing tasty gourmet vegetable products that are 100% Organic, besides the conventional vegetables, by taking care of environmental protection and human health.
Our company’s establisher Mr. Ahmet Hulki Ozari has entered in the food industry with his first company SAN MARZANO LLC. That has established in 1991, Tennessee, USA. In 1994, he has started Sun Dried Tomatoes business along with other natural vegetable drying processed and gained rich experience in this field, with his second company AHMET HULKI OZARI LTD. STI. Also, he had been an adviser and tutor to many companies that are today working on these products.
Since we entered in the industry, we have been continuously developing our R&D department according to coming requests from our customers. Within the years, our company has become an expert on production of Gourmet and Conserved products. Besides, producing all type of Sun Dried Tomatoes, we are also highly experienced on producing, packing and exporting of Capers, Roasted Peppers, Artichokes, Olives, Grilled Vegetables, Bruschettas.
Currently, we are exporting our products under our customer’s private label to the U.S.A., most European Union countries, Canada, Israel, Australia, and Poland. Our production capabilities have been accredited by HACCP / ISO 9001:2000 and KOSHER criteria together with our factory that has been accredited with ETKO, USDA NOP and EU ORGANIC certificates, which is located in Manisa, Sancakli/Igdecik.
