Our company FILPA PACKAGING AND FOREIGN TRADE CO. is a well established producer of plastic packaging materials like Woven Bags in Turkey with a process capacity of 2000 MT of PP raw material monthly. This capacity is one of the biggest in Europe and Middle East region. We have been producing plastic materials like woven bags, woven fabrics for industrial usage and agricultural-industrial twines for our domestic and export markets. As we are using the best possible technology for the production of these materials we have been exporting important share of products to various markets in Europe, USA and etc.
At this moment we are about to finish a new investment for the production of Block Bottom bags with Valve using the Starlinger/Austria Ad-Star and Rollflex Technologies. The bags to be produced will have self sealed bottom and mouth with hot air which is the latest development for the production of these bags. Our target sectors with this product are Cement, Gypsum, Lime producers and fertilizer and plastic resin producers.
The investment our company is realizing has a serious capacity and will be one of the biggest in Europe and Middle East.
Our company and production sites are located in Southern part of Turkey with easy access to main export hubs of the region. This position gives us the advantage to ship the orders of our customers either in Africa with the fastest possible delivery options. Our customers in Europe and USA markets appreciate the advantages of this positioning with respect to competing suppliers in Far East and India.
